It’s May! And for many of us that means the start of grilling and cookout season. Good food is great all year round, but there is just something about the warm weather that says bring on the steaks! Dale and Thomas Popcorn sent me a Mother’s Day Gift Box of popcorn to review. Embarrassingly, I received it this afternoon and I’ve already devoured a ton of it. This popcorn is delicious!! There were four flavors in the gift box- Chocolate Chunk N’Caramel, Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Drizzlecorn, Hall of Fame Kettle Corn, and White Cheddar & Black Peppercorn. I love sweet popcorn the most so the first one I opened was the Chocolate Chunk N’ Caramel. I liked that they didn’t skimp on the caramel or the chocolate like some brands I’ve had in the past do. Jacob really liked this flavor, too, because he said it tasted like his favorite candy bar. The second one I opened was the Peanut Butter & White Chocolate Drizzle. I wasn’t sure how I would like this one since I am not a huge fan of white chocolate and peanut butter together but after trying it I was hooked. This flavor was amazing! The two flavors went perfectly together and I was left wishing I had more than one bagful of it. I’m looking forward to trying the other two flavors tomorrow, especially the Kettle Corn since that’s the flavor I normally purchase when I buy popcorn. Another feature of this popcorn is that it is Gluten Free and also Kosher.
