It’s November 1st which means two things…. one, we made it through October! Whew. That is always an insane month with Halloween festivities, school events, and meetings galore! The second thing it means is that the holidays are just around the corner. I enjoy Thanksgiving but Christmas is my favorite holiday so I start planning for it as soon as Halloween is done.
I think what I love most about the holidays, other than spending time with family of course, is that it’s full of traditions. One of my children’s favorite holiday traditions is finding a special Advent calendar each year that they can open throughout the month of December. This year is special because I get to find an Advent calendar for my daughter who will be turning one right after Christmas. Here are some fun Advent calendars I’ve found for 2019. There are so many fun choices this year! I think my tween boys would love the Fortnite one and I’m eyeing the Step2 Advent Calendar for Emma because it looks durable and perfect for her first Christmas!
