$75 Whole Foods Gift Card & Eucerin Lotion Giveaway

Thanksgiving is over and now it’s time to think about the holidays. To start the season off we are having a Holiday Turkey Hunt blog hop where over 50 blogs are each offering prizes valued at over $25 and there’s also a grand prize giveaway hosted at The WIC Project for a $135 Amazon Gift Card.

Here at Making Time For Mommy I’m happy to introduce Eucerin, the skin care company that is sponsoring my giveaway. I’ve worked with them for the past 6 months or so and have learned so much about skin care and their products. Each month that I’ve worked with them there has been a theme of the month and for the month of November the theme is “Healthy Foods For Healthy Skin”. I have never put that much thought into how what I eat affects my skin but I’ve learned this month that it does. The skin experts over at Eucerin recommend eating foods with Vitamin C, Vitamin E and Omega-3s whenever you can.  That’s something I’m definitely going to make sure that I think about when choosing my weekly menu plan.

To help keep skin healthy, Eucerin is offering one of my readers a great prize package!

One person will win a prize package from Eucerin that includes:

$75 Whole Foods Gift Card

Eucerin Smoothing Repair Dry Skin Lotion

Eucerin Professional Repair Extremely Dry Skin Lotion

  2. I nurture my skin by drinking plenty of water, using natural soaps and detergents, eating lots of fresh fruits and veggies, and getting plenty of rest.

  3. I nurture my skin from the inside out by drinking mostly water, taking vitamins and eating lots of fruits & veggies.

  4. I nurture my skin by drinking alot of water eatting healthy foods on the inside and by keeping it clean and moisturized on the outside.

  5. I’m sharing how I nurture my skin from the inside out. First, I start with maintaining a healthy lifestyle, that it is imperative to eat healthy foods, get a good amount of sleep. I eat healthy fats, with good quality oils, esp in many salads, etc. For the outside, I have always had dry skin, and use heavier oils such as Eucerin every morning and every night. I use sunscreen year-round, and when outside, wear long-sleeves, hat and longer pants.

  6. I nurture my skin by drinking water daily and eating plenty of fruits and avocado. I also try to moisturize daily, especially in the winter.

  7. by drinking lots of water, and as much as i love eucerin {especially for the eczema prone skin on my little boy} my mother always used vaseline for really rough skin and it works miracles

    – I try to eat foods high in vitamins and juices (oranges, soups, etc) for the liquid. I’m constantly drinking something – should be water – but probably not as much as I should.

  9. I care for my skin from the inside out by drinking plenty of water and eatinf fresh fruits and veggies. It helps that a Whole Food Market just opened up in my town.

  10. I nurture my skin by drinking plenty of water and moisturizing after I shower.

  12. I nurture my skin by taking daily vitamins, drinking lots of water, and using lots of moisturizer/body lotion. Eucerin is one of my favorites. Thanks!

  13. I nurture my skin in and out by drinking green smoothies & juices, and I use all natural organic skin care products, and make sure i moisturize and seal in the moisture, especially in the winter.

  14. I nurture my skin from the inside out by eating healthily, drinking lots of water, vitamins and by using sunscreen.

  15. I’m a vegetarian and try to eat as healthy as possible, I take a multi-vitamin, and I’m getting better about drinking enough water!

  16. I nuture my skin by making a homemade portion with olive oil and coconut oil. It helps me in the winter!

  17. I like to make sure that I always keep an abundance of fresh fruits and veggies in the house. That way, when I reach for a snack, I’ll generally reach for something that’s good for me instead of junk! And it definitely makes a difference in how I feel physically, as well as my confidence. And the boost to my skin, hair and nails doesn’t hurt either!

  19. I eat lots of fruit and vegetables, and use olive oil and coconut oil in my cooking and take flax seed supplements. :) these hel p my skin.

  20. I do nurture my skin from the INSIDE out even more than the outside. I have been chronically ill for over 12 years and a huge part of “treatment” is to eat right, keep toxins out of my foods and drink Reverse Osmosis filtered water. I do eat from the “clean” foods and stay away from the dirty dozen, as they call them…toxically loaded non organic foods. I can’t afford most organics but have stopped eating sugars and white flour, processed foods and eat healthy oils like olive oil. My skin and color improved DRAMATICALLY when I changed just these few things. I don’t use a lot of lotions because need to use perfume and dye free, so I’d love to try some of these Eucerin products!

    Thanks so much!

  21. I nurture my skin by drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated, taking vitamins, and rubbing moisturizing lotion on my body two to three times per week.
