I finally feel like I am on the right track!
Food:
GOOD: I cut out so many calories by watching for those “hidden calories” that I talked about last week.
GOOD: Yummy wraps for lunch made on my George Foreman Grill.
NOT SO GOOD: Eating late at night. When I’m working I don’t realize that dinnertime has come and gone until my tummy growls!
Exercise:
GOOD: I am loving the Wii Fit!!
GOOD: I am making extra “trips” for things on different levels of my house so that I have to go up the stairs more often!
NOT SO GOOD: I had hoped to start my day with working out but I always seem to do most of it late at night and then I’m energized when I should be ready to go to sleep.
***
I currently weigh 185.4 which is a 1.4 pound loss since last week and a total loss of 6.2 pounds. Even better? My BMI is 29.9 which means I am no longer obese!!!! This was the first goal that I was hoping to hit in this challenge and I made it! My next challenge is losing a total of 10 pounds. I have less that 4 pounds to go to make that goal a reality.
(Disclosure: I am part of the George Foreman Knock Out The Fat Weight Loss Challenge. I am being compensated for participating in this 90-day challenge but all thoughts are my own.)
Great job with your weight loss!!! The same thing happens to me when I work out too late, just can’t fall asleep. What kind of wraps do you make?
Congrats on the loss! And? Nice pedi. I like that color!
Awesome job on weight loss. Way to Go. I try to make sure I eat my dinner on time and maybe small snack later
Woo-hoo! Congrats on the BMI. That is so good for your health… and a fabulous motivator to keep up the hard work. Yum, those wraps sound delicious.
