Drink more water.
I have shared about this before but I’m terrible about drinking water (unless we are talking about coffee bean water- I drink plenty of that lol). I will be posting soon about a number of ways I’ve found to improve water intake when you don’t like to drink water but one of the easiest ways I’ve found is to always keep water nearby me as I work. I also found a variety of flavored water inserts that I enjoy so it makes water taste more like juice and makes a great soda alternative when I want to drink something sweet.
I am always less active in the winter than I am during the rest of the year. When it’s cold out I don’t really do much outside and I don’t belong to any gyms. As the weather warms up, I love to take walks with my kids and dog.
