3 Things You Can Do To Improve Your Health This Spring (Giveaway)

This is a sponsored post but all thoughts are my own.

With the weather getting nicer it’s the ideal time to focus on your health! Here are a few easy ways to do so this spring:

Take your vitamins.

Spring is the perfect time to rethink your vitamin regimen to give your body renewed vitality, energy, and to boost your immune system. If you are on the search for quality vitamins you will want to consider Superior Source Vitamins. They are MicroLingual® – “Under the Tongue Technology” which means these TINY tablets work fast and are quickly absorbed into the body, dissolving in seconds – NO pills to swallow! (Did you know that supplements that are swallowed lose as much as 50% of the potency in the high acid environment of the stomach!?)

In addition, Superior Source Vitamins are:

  • Non-GMO, Gluten-FREE, Sugar FREE
  • 90% smaller than regular vitamins
  • No chemical binders and no excessive fillers
  • Preservative FREE, Dye FREE
  • No water necessary
  • No coatings, No additives
  • No magnesium stearate or silica
  • Dissolves under the tongue for better absorption
  • Clean and pure the way nature intended!

Superior Source Vitamins can be purchased from a number of online retailers like iHerb and Vitacost.

Drink more water.

I have shared about this before but I’m terrible about drinking water (unless we are talking about coffee bean water- I drink plenty of that lol). I will be posting soon about a number of ways I’ve found to improve water intake when you don’t like to drink water but one of the easiest ways I’ve found is to always keep water nearby me as I work. I also found a variety of flavored water inserts that I enjoy so it makes water taste more like juice and makes a great soda alternative when I want to drink something sweet.

Get active.

I am always less active in the winter than I am during the rest of the year. When it’s cold out I don’t really do much outside and I don’t belong to any gyms. I bought a stationary bike in hopes it would encourage me to exercise at home but it just sits in my room covered in clothes. Not really what it was made for….

As the weather warms up, I love to take walks with my kids and dog. Last year we just took walks mostly in our neighborhood but I’m excited to get out to some local forest preserves and walk the trails. We have a cute little waterfall and lake nearby so I’m looking forward to exploring those with my kids (though now that I have a third that basically just means I’ll be chasing after my toddler the whole time so it’s a great workout lol).

How are you working on improving your health this spring? I’d love to chat with you about it on social! Make sure to enter the giveaway below as well. Here are the Superior Source Vitamins included in this month’s prize pack bundle ($75 ARV):
