I wrote about Brave Woman a couple weeks ago. Today I want to ask you all to join me in signing the Brave Woman pledge.
Pledge to stand up for women and children in trouble. Pledge to not turn a blind eye when you suspect something. Pledge to provide a listening ear to your friends and really listen. Pledge to support women who have left a relationship and are standing up for themselves.
These are all things that I pledge to do in 2012 and beyond because no woman or child should have to be in a situation where they are belittled, threatened, or put in harms way.
