My sister-in-law’s friends make a pumpkin cake roll that is DELISH! I would suggest that one first. :)

Those all look so amazing. I think I’m stuck on the first one because the thought of pumpkin pudding made me drool.
Pumpkin Pudding?? Must make immediately. I really thought summer would never end. And now that its semi here, I just want to eat pumpkin out of the can for days on end. Ok, so that’s a little dramatic. But I luurrrve me some pumpkin. I am, however, a little scared of trying pumpkin in a savory dish.

I love, love, love pumpkin. So happy that we have entered the season that I can bake with it and everyone won’t think I’m crazy. Not that I haven’t done that all year long or anything. :-)
