My Final #knockoutthefat Update

Here we are at the end of the George Foreman Knock Out The Fat Weight Loss Challenge. My final weight is 179.4 and I have lost a total of 12.2 pounds! My goal for this challenge was to lose at least 10 pounds and I have exceeded that goal. My BMI went from 31 to 29. My waist went from 42 3/4 inches to 37 1/4 inches and my hips went from 45 1/2 inches to 43 1/2 inches!

Before
After

I have learned so much throughout this journey. I’ve learned to eat in moderation. I’ve learned that foods I think are healthy may have hidden calories in them. And I’ve learned that healthy foods can taste delicious!

I’ve loved using my George Foreman Grill to cook delicious food. I’ve enjoyed grilling vegetables, meats, paninis, and making pancakes all with one appliance that is easily portable.

I made some videos about my grill so check them out if you haven’t seen them yet:

1) Making a Southwestern Chicken Panini

2) Making pancakes

3) How easy it is to clean the grill

4) Knocking the fat out of meat

(Disclosure: I am part of the George Foreman Knock Out The Fat Weight Loss Challenge. I am being compensated for participating in this 90-day challenge but all thoughts are my own.)
