Lucas tries to ride a tricycle

Jacob rides his tricycle with his new Thomas helmet

Tailwags "owl" helmet cover

We normally kept the tricycle in the back yard because we didn’t have a helmet for the boys to wear in order for them to ride it on the sidewalk. We were at Target the other day and when we saw the Thomas the Tank Engine helmet we just had to get it for Jacob our train lover so that he could finally learn how to ride the tricycle on a flat surface.

Tail Wags also sent us a helmet cover to review. The owl was my favorite one and I love that it’s fleece so when it’s colder outside Jacob’s head will stay nice and toasty. They also just came out with helmets made out of lightweight lycra fabric which are perfect for the warmer months. Here are a couple of my favorite ones:

  3. These are so precious. Your pics are adorable. Thanks for sharing. I’m definitely going to check this out for my two youngest grandsons. I love the goldfish and ladybug look. :) Thanks for your review. I’d never heard of this company until I read this.
