Adding Protein To My Diet With Naked Nutrition

Thanks to Naked Nutrition for sponsoring this post. As always, all thoughts are my own.

My doctor recently suggested that I focus on starting my day with protein so that’s the one diet change I’ve made in 2024. I’ve been drinking a protein-packed ready made breakfast drink but it does nothing to satisfy my morning hunger. I’ve always found that oats in my morning shakes kept me full longer so I was thrilled to discover Naked Nutrition’s Naked Oats that combines¬†gluten-free rolled oats and premium grass-fed whey. Naked Oats not only offers me the protein that I need, but is more filling than my typical ready made breakfast drink because¬†Naked Oats combines premium protein with slow-digesting complex carbohydrates to keep energy levels high and hunger in check. Packed with 20g of protein, 7g of fiber, and just 260 calories per serving, it offers a delicious and nutritious kickstart to my morning.

With flavors like Green Apple Cinnamon, Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana, and Cinnamon Roll, you just have to add your favorite liquid (I use almond milk) for a flavorful breakfast. Naked Oats is a versatile protein powder that can be prepared both as a shake or oatmeal, with around 30 seconds of prep time for each. For a protein shake, you’ll just add two scoops to the liquid and blend for 15 seconds.

While I typically have found it most convenient to drink my breakfast, I love the idea of overnight oats as a quick grab and go breakfast solution. You can prep the bowls in the evenings by mixing just the oats and your favorite liquid and refrigerating them overnight or you can make it a bit fancier with add-ins. I went down the rabbit hole on TikTok and found dozens of delicious looking overnight oats recipes. This overnight oats recipe looks amazing!

Naked Nutrition also has Naked PB, which is peanut butter powder. It’s a easy way to add both flavor and protein to shakes, desserts, and more. When sweet cravings come, you can add it to cool whip and sprinkle in some chocolate chips to make some chocolate peanut butter fluff!
