For the last few weeks I have been thinking a lot about personal health and wellness, especially oral health. To succeed in the LISTERINE® 21-Day Challenge I used Listerine throughout the day and I used my phone to set up a daily alarm and reminders to use the mouthwash and to floss, something I don’t always remember to do. Constant repetition has been key during this challenge.
Since brushing alone doesn’t get all the germs in my mouth I rinse with Listerine to ensure that my mouth is completely clean after I brush. The flavor is a strong mint flavor which energizes me in the morning. When I use the mouthwash it feels like I have ten toothbrushes working inside my mouth.
Another Listerine product I like using are the pocket pack breath strips. Working in a restaurant I like to feel confident that my mouth is clean and my breath is fresh since I’m talking to people all day long. I use a strip every couple of hours to maintain a clean feel.
