I absolutely love sharing about ways people can give to others inexpensively so I had to share about what Hair Cuttery is doing. Now through August 15th they have the Share A Haircut program and are giving haircuts to children in need.
There are two easy ways that you can help. The first is, you can go to Hair Cuttery’s Facebook page and share about the program on Facebook or Twitter. It takes about a minute and by doing so you have donated a haircut to a child in need. The other way to participate is to take your children to get their back-to-school haircuts at a Hair Cuttery location by you. For every kid’s haircut given at one of their salons they will give a free haircut to a local child in need.
Hair Cuttery has donated more than 625,000 haircuts since they started the program in 1999. This year they expect to donate 75,000 haircuts. Wow! Amazing what they are doing to give back to the community. I urge you all to stop by your local Hair Cuttery for all your children’s haircuts and to head on over to their Facebook page right now and share about this program so a child in need can get a free haircut.
(Disclosure: I received a gift card to take my children to Hair Cuttery but all thoughts are my own.)
